Same. Hai Yin Community Neighborhood Committee was established on June 29th, 2002, also known as Yinsha Community. The two communities are the same, located in Hai Yin Community in the southwest of Dashatian Development Zone, which is a community under the jurisdiction of Dashatian Street in Liangqing District, Nanning City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.
