Why is Guanzhuang Village, Huangqibao Town, Fangzi District, Weifang called Guanzhuang Water Plant?

At the beginning of the Ming Dynasty, Wang moved from Zaoqiang County, Zhengding Prefecture, Zhili Province to the west gate of Qicheng City, and Hongwu moved here to build a village at the end of the second year. In the early years of Qing Emperor Kangxi, Li moved from Lijiagou in Anqiu. Both surnames are tenants of the Zhang family in Anqiu City. Because it is located in a waterlogged depression, it has suffered from drought for ten years and nine years, and the government pardons taxes all the year round, so it is named Guanzhuang Waterworks.
