What's the use of Diablo II accuracy?

Precision doesn't work on spells. So witches don't need to be agile. (But the initial agility of 25 is really cheating. . . )

Most spells are not tracked. Only a few spells have been traced.

For physical attacks, accuracy is the hit rate. Most of them are agile. Place the mouse on the Agile number to display the percentage of hit rate relative to the previous one. For physical output roles, the late hit rate is very useful. Otherwise, there will be an embarrassing situation where the injury is high but the shot can't be hit.
