General situation of Paifang village and town

Located in the midwest of Feidong County, it is connected to Zhongxing Township in the west, Liangyuan Town in the east, Bailong Town and Yangdian Township in the north and Dianbu Town in the south. It is 8 kilometers away from the county seat. 300 years ago, the memorial archway was called "Thousand Liu Cun". During the Qianlong period of Qing Dynasty, the seventh ancestor of Yan Yan, who lived here, built a chastity archway in "Thousand Liu Cun", so he renamed "Thousand Liu Cun" as "Thousand Archways" village. 1949, the finished archway belongs to Yong 'an Township. 1958 belongs to ZTE people's commune. Yong 'an People's Commune was founded in 1963. 1983, separation of government and society, restoration of organizational system in Yong 'an Township. 1992 Yong 'an Township merged into Zhongxing Township. 1994 10 set aside a part from zhongxing, caomiao, lukou township and dianbu town to establish a memorial archway club and Manchu township. In June 2006, Caomiao Township was merged into Paifang Hui and Manchu Township. 20 10 governs 13 villages, including 5,700 people from Hui, Manchu and other ethnic minorities. Paifang Hui and Manchu townships have convenient transportation. County-level highway Dianbai Road runs through the north and south, while Shizi Road and Cement Road radiate to the natural village. Bus No.2 from the county town passes through three administrative villages in the township and goes directly to the township government. Zhongxing Reservoir, a national large-scale secondary reservoir, is located in this township, and the main canal of Chuhe River flows through this township, with rich water resources, flat terrain, concentrated contiguous land, developed post and telecommunications, sufficient power and energy supply, and good social security and people's lives.

Paifang Township has formulated a development plan suitable for rural conditions and public opinion, and put forward the development idea of "playing the national brand, building a vegetable town, developing efficient agriculture and sightseeing agriculture, and paying attention to developing tourism". In order to promote the development of rural agriculture, Paifang Society and Manchu Township actively held training courses on vegetable production, invited experts from Horticulture Research Institute of Provincial Academy of Agricultural Sciences to give lectures, 100 more than vegetable greenhouse growers participated in the training, and distributed 300 Yu Ben of scientific and technological books. Experts taught greenhouse growers practical techniques such as cultivation and management of various vegetables, seedling raising of vegetables, high-quality and efficient cultivation of melons and vegetables, and integrated pest control.
