1, pipeline construction operation conditions and control points

6, finished product protection

(1) After the pipeline installation is completed, the nozzle used shall be properly closed tightly to prevent the pipeline from being blocked by sundries;

(2) The installed pipes should be well protected to prevent the bearing from being used as scaffolding, especially when the riser is 2 meters below the ground, it should be bound with boards for protection;

(3) It is forbidden to use plastic pipe as the fulcrum of scaffold or the pulling point of safety belt and the lifting point of ceiling;

(4) When it is adjacent to the pipeline, it is forbidden to bake the plastic pipe with an open flame to prevent the pipeline from deforming;

(5) Before painting, the drainage pipeline should be wrapped and protected to prevent pipeline pollution;

(6) When the buried pipeline is backfilled, the surrounding and top of the pipeline should be covered with fine soil, filled manually and compacted by layers. It is forbidden to tamp the soil at the top of the pipeline with mechanical rammer such as toad rammer.

(7) Anti-freezing measures must be taken for winter construction interface;

(8) It is not allowed to set the bracket bolt device on the installed supporting pipeline;

(9) Sanitary ware installation finished product protection

When there is no ventilation in winter, the sanitary ware should be drained clean, so that there is no water in the trap to avoid freezing and cracking.

When handling sanitary ware, it is necessary to prevent bumping and protect sanitary ware and plated parts. It can also be installed uniformly before completion.
