What does Buddhism mean by inaction?

Both inaction and promising are produced by Buddhism absorbing some teachings of Taoism.

In Buddhism, inaction means not acting rashly and acting in moderation. In life, we regard the five connotations and four concepts of impermanence and non-ego as "constancy" and "ego", so we take falsehood as truth, take falsehood as truth, and keep thinking about it, resulting in various fantasies and concerns. So it is "false persistence" and wrong persistence. No persistence, no difference, not not not doing it, but not thinking about the purpose of doing it. Let go of the bondage and persistence of desire, only do things, not do things for the sake of achieving anything, know what is right and wrong, and only do what should be done. This is the simple and practical life of the awakened one.
