Who is more powerful, oriental fortune-telling or western horoscope divination?

Both have their own merits, and they are now called metaphysics in China. There are two most common fortune-telling methods in China. One is to start astrology, according to which you can predict your future destiny, and the other is divination, which looks at fortune through divination. As for the west, I haven't studied it and dare not talk nonsense.
