Why is there no one named Niu in Niujia Village in Legend of the Condor Heroes?

It's not that no one is surnamed Niu, but because all the people in Niujiacun are ordinary people. Only three outsiders, Guo Xiaotian, Yang Tiexin and Qu Lingfeng, are Wulin heroes. As a martial arts novel, The Legend of the Condor Heroes is definitely about Wulin heroes rather than ordinary villagers. Zhaojiazhuang is not necessarily famous for the same reason.
