The responsibilities of the county hotline are as follows:

1, handle the official documents of the CPC Central Committee, the State Council and its departments, the provincial government and its departments, the municipal party committee, the municipal government and its departments and district committees, present (turn) reading, put forward implementation opinions, and report them to the leading comrades of the district government for decision;

2, assist the district government leaders to draft or review the official documents issued in the name of the district government, the district government office, and be responsible for the legality review of the normative documents of the district government and the district government office;

3, responsible for the work of the district government meeting, to assist the district government leaders to organize the implementation of the meeting decision;

4, study the township (street) government (office), high-tech zone management committee, the district government departments to consult the district government matters, put forward audit opinions, reported to the district government leaders for approval;

5, according to the instructions of the leading comrades of the district government, put forward opinions on the controversial issues between the various departments of the district government after mutual consultation, and report to the leading comrades of the district government for decision.

Local people's congresses at various levels elect and have the right to recall governors and deputy governors, mayors and deputy mayors, county and deputy heads, district heads and deputy heads, township heads and deputy heads, and mayors and deputy heads of the people's governments at the corresponding levels. Local people's congresses at or above the county level elect and have the right to recall the director of the supervisory committee at the corresponding level, the president of the people's court at the corresponding level and the procurator-general of the people's procuratorate at the corresponding level. The election or removal of the procurator-general of a people's procuratorate shall be reported to the procurator-general of a people's procuratorate at a higher level for approval by the Standing Committee of the people's congress at that level.
