Raoyang County, named after Chang 'an, is located in the north of Hengshui City, 220km away from Beijing, 30km away from Shijiazhuang, the provincial capital, and 60km away from Hengshui City. It borders Suning County in Cangzhou City and Lixian County in Baoding City in the north, Anping County in the west, Wuqiang County and xian county in Cangzhou City in the east and Shenzhou City in the south.
