I heard that Wuming speaks Guiliu dialect. I wonder: Do Baise and Hechi also speak Guiliu dialect?

In Wuming City, only a few people speak Guiliu dialect (mainly living quarters and small living circles), while Wuming people mainly speak Zhuang language, and it is also common to speak Mandarin (because they are afraid that others may not understand Zhuang language, or others may pretend not to understand it, so they can only speak Mandarin).

In Hechi, Liuzhou, Guilin and other urban areas, Guiliu dialect is the main language, supplemented by Putonghua. Some rural areas in Hechi also speak Zhuang language.

Baise is not. Baise and Wuming are the same phenomenon. Baise mainly speaks Zhuang dialect. Mandarin is a subsidy. Guiliu dialect and vernacular are a minority.
