Crown position, above the horizontal stripes of palm roots and wrists. From the five elements, it belongs to yin water and represents the function of kidney. This part can reflect the function of urogenital system.

Because this area is located at the junction of thenar and thenar, the texture of ridge lines is messy due to the pressure caused by frequent hand activities. In this area, the most common textures are rice, umbrella, triangle and island. Different stripes represent different diseases.

● Root position

Genzhi, speaking from the five elements, belongs to the yang soil, located in the lower half of the thumb ball and the lower half of the third line, which mainly embodies the spleen and stomach function in the traditional sense. The root position is raised and the meat is soft and moist, suggesting that the spleen and stomach have good functions of receiving and transporting, and their physical strength is strong.

When people hold hands, there are often many lines growing from the root of thumb to the edge of line 3 at the root. If these lines are intermittent and superficial, they are normal. If these lines are deep, they seem to be engraved on the palm of your hand, indicating that the digestion and absorption function has undergone great pathological changes. If a short line passes through these lines, it forms a "well" pattern, and the blue veins are floating, pale and yellow, and the muscles are soft and inelastic, suggesting that they have chronic digestive system diseases, or even worse.

● Earthquake location

Earthquake sites, as far as the five elements are concerned, belong to dark wood, located in the upper and inner parts of Line 3. If the fork tilts slightly and the meat is red, it shows that the physical and chemical function of the gallbladder is normal; If the position is too high, it means that cholesterol is too high, blood lipid and blood pressure are too high, and bile concentration is too high; If the missing position is soft, yellow and white, it means that the function of biliary system is seriously damaged. Common diseases include chronic cholecystitis, gallbladder cancer, gallstones, gallbladder polyps, biliary tract atrophy, biliary cirrhosis and so on. If the lost location is significantly higher than the earthquake location, it may be common bile duct reflux gastritis. In this part, especially under the middle finger and the ring finger, once messy textures appear, it means that the function of the heart is impaired, and symptoms such as palpitation and blood pressure fluctuation will occur, which are more common in patients with angina pectoris, coronary heart disease and hypertensive heart disease.

● Kun position

Kun position, from the five elements, belongs to the earth and is located below the little finger. From the theoretical analysis of traditional Chinese medicine, whether the vitality of the intestine and urogenital system is abundant is closely related to whether the Kun position is full. This area is a body surface reflection area with less internal organs, which reflects more diseases of genitourinary system. Generally speaking, Kun is convex, ruddy and elastic.

In this part, if there are flat, stiff, pale and weak symptoms, and covered with messy textures, it suggests that the abdominal organs are weak, the digestion and absorption function of the large and small intestine is weakened, and the urogenital system has chronic inflammation; If the Kun position is flat, the tendons are floating and the texture is chaotic. Women are prone to infertility due to palace cold and frigidity, while men are prone to infertility, impotence, premature ejaculation and prostatitis.

For people with sexually transmitted diseases, there will be many messy "rice" patterns on the palm, accompanied by changes in the color of the palm. It should be noted that it is necessary to strictly distinguish between urinary tract inflammation and sexually transmitted diseases, with the focus on the color change of Kun position. ● Exchange position

In a healthy state, the exchange position should be convex and smooth, with clear lines, rosy color and flush height with the root position.
