Traditional folk customs in Lincheng town

(1) The famous Lingao Corner can be reached in about 10 minutes by driving northward along the paved asphalt road from the north gate of Lincheng. The beaches, white sails, blue sky, white clouds, lighthouses, shade trees and tourists here are intertwined into a rich tropical seaside style. The seawater is crystal clear and has no peculiar smell; The seabed is gentle, and there is no silt in Jie Sha, which is as soft as a blanket; The golden beach, like an endless golden belt embedded in the seaside, looks like a crescent moon falling between the sea and the green forest from a height. The cape is surrounded by the sea on three sides, and there is a natural moisture-proof dike more than 200 meters long at the top of the shore angle, which leads directly to the sea. The ancients called it "the fairy guides the way". There are two bays in the Cape, Mirs Bay in the east and Long Hao Bay in the west. The two bays are very different in character, and Longhao Bay is a natural haven that is calm all the year round. Dapeng Bay is called "Autumn Wave in the South China Sea" because of the howling sea breeze and the monstrous waves in autumn. On September 9th, 1998, Xu Shijie, former secretary of Hainan Provincial Party Committee, visited here. Feeling the magnificence of the scenery, he wrote: "Climb high, spread your wings, fly high, and catch the waves with your wings." Huge waves in the East China Sea greet the rising sun, and the West Bay reflects oblique light like a mirror. There are endless ancient sand dunes in the "Lingaojiao" area, and there is a beacon tower site every five kilometers. Botun Port and Qionghaiguan, which had earlier trade with Hainan mainland, are also in the hinterland of Lingaojiao. Lingao Lighthouse is a highlight of Lingao Corner. The tower is a navigation aid sign for ships entering and leaving the west entrance of Qiongzhou Strait. It was built in the 15th year of Guangxu in Qing Dynasty (1893) and made by the French. The tower is a red and white circular wrought iron cylinder, 22 meters high. The tower was originally maintained and managed by South China Sea Fleet, and was taken over by Haikou Navigation Bureau of Hainan Maritime Safety Administration in 1982. 1in may, 1997, the international association of navigation AIDS (1ALA) listed Lingao lighthouse as one of the "world's top 100 historical relics lighthouses". To commemorate the protection of world cultural relics, the State Post Bureau issued a special stamp of Lingao Lighthouse, and held the stamp launch event in Lingao Corner on May 18, 2002. On April 7th, 1950, the 40th Army of China People's Liberation Army landed here and liberated Hainan Island. To commemorate this great feat, the People's Government of Hainan Province erected a "blood monument" near Dapeng Bay 1995, where the liberation heroes landed. "Baiqitan" is located about four kilometers northeast of Lincheng. The winding Jiang Wenlan Mountain gathers the water from thousands of springs here, which is cut into several tributaries by numerous stone peaks and injected into the sea. The water on the beach is so fast that you can hear noisy water for miles away. The steep walls on both sides of the river are like cutting, which is like a natural Chinese painting against the background of green leaves and green water. The beach is full of strange rocks. It is said that this is the relic of Lin Daojiu, a famous person in Lingao, who "frozen" the Tian Fei Duck in the Wenlan River with a "body-fixing spell". No wonder, when the beach water level drops, they will surface. Some of them are like screaming, some are like spreading their wings, and some are like kicking and running ... all aspects are amazing. This may also be the nature of nature, a return to mankind. "Baiqitan" is one of the eight scenic spots in Lingao. Throughout the ages, many literati have set foot here to watch the Range Rover, and they are all deeply touched, and they have inscribed poems as souvenirs. There are only 18 inscriptions in the Ming and Qing dynasties, and there are 106 poems by celebrities in previous dynasties, which are rare cliff stone carvings in our province. 1962, Tian Han, a famous dramatist and poet in China, visited this place and happily wrote a poem handed down from generation to generation: "A whip stays on the beach and a waterfall thunders on the rock. The waves in Wen Lan are very big, and the power station is about to build a dam. I learned that the village is a thing of the past, and I didn't see today until I moved mountains and filled the sea. When he was on both sides of the river, Lin Man and Qiu Ting sang water lilies. " At the end of 1969, Baijitan Hydropower Station was completed for power generation, and pearls were distributed all over Lingao. Alpine rock is located at the peak of Pai Mountain 19 1 m northwest of Lincheng. When people go to the foot of the mountain, they have to climb branches and vines, make seven turns and eight bends, walk through winding mountain paths, and then climb the steps along the bluestone steps to reach the "Leather Leaf Lingshi". According to Zheng Deqiong's Records of Taiwan, "In the second year of Jianwu in Han Dynasty, Qingzhou lived in Nancun, the hometown of Wang. The eldest son's name is Qi and the second son's name is Lao. Citizen Wang Jujie hunts in the mountains and rests on the rocks. Qi was vomited all over the floor by a stone, and Sister Ju was puzzled. Pray:' I am the great god of Pi Ye, hiding in this stone room, and I can offer three pure white sacrifices once every three years', and then the gods and men went two ways to ask the citizens and Ju Jie who returned from Dharma to sacrifice as scheduled. Later generations because of it. People are known as gods by stones, and mountains are named after gods. " This is the origin of the "leather leaf stone". Because of this legend, in the first year of Yanyou in the Five Dynasties (13 14), a temple was built to offer sacrifices. In the third year of Hongwu in Ming Dynasty (1370), the mountain god was named Mingying. In the forty-second year of Wanli in the Ming Dynasty (16 14), Zhang Hongyi, a magistrate of a county, built an official pavilion under the ridge. In the 16th year of Emperor Kangxi of Qing Dynasty (1677), Dongming monks raised funds to build a shrine beside the altar. In the tenth year of Daoguang (1830), Dong Fan, a magistrate of a county, built a temple on the mountain and named it Kozanji Temple. The "Tianchi" in front of the temple hangs high on the top of the mountain like a beautiful landscape. For many years, it has been waterlogging without rising, and it has been doing nothing. Kozanji Temple's "Alpine Temple" in Alpine Mausoleum has been famous all over the world since ancient times, with constant tourists and cigarettes lingering in the temple. On the left side of the temple, there is an inscription written by Qian Fan, a cheap visiting secretary of the Yuan Dynasty, which reads "Great God Pieye prays for rain on the mountain". New Zealand historians Lu Yu and Alley studied here. Tian Han, a famous dramatist and poet in China, climbed to the top of the mountain in 1962, overlooking the city. The Beibu Gulf is choppy, with white sails facing the wind, rural farmhouses and endless forests ... Lin 'gao puppet show is a wonderful work of China literature and art. Lingao puppet show originated in the Southern Song Dynasty, bearing the social civilization along the way, and is a brand in Lingao spiritual home. Lincheng has Lingao Puppet Troupe, Popular Puppet Troupe and Nanjiang Puppet Troupe. It is the direct guardian and inheritor of Lin 'gao puppet show, with nearly 1,000 performances every year and an audience of about 250,000 people. 2. Eight-tone Cup Dance Lingao Eight-tone Cup Dance combines the "eight tones" of suona, coconut tree, flute, Qin Qin, banhu, Sanxian, larynx and erhu with the tapping sounds of small cups, small plates, cymbals and gongs held by dancers, which is very distinctive.
