What variety is Juxian rice?

Juxian rice is a northern Gong Mi variety.

Zhuangyan Dami in Juxian County is well-known and is one of the varieties in northern Gong Mi. The central part of Zhuangyan Town is the main producing area of local rice planting, where the land is fertile, the water resources are abundant, the air is fresh and the environment is beautiful. The cultivated rice is pure, bright and transparent, with full grains, hard texture, flawless and transparent color, jade-like rice soup and rich fragrance.

Located at 35 east latitude 1 18, it is one of the three most suitable places for vegetable garden growth in the world, with long sunshine, accumulated temperature 160 days, abundant sunshine in autumn and large temperature difference between day and night, which is beneficial to the nutrient accumulation of rice in Zhuang Yan.

Classification of Gong Mi

Gong Mi was a place rich in rice in ancient feudal society of China. After carefully selecting local high-quality rice, it was given to the emperor at that time, also known as Imperial Rice. It is the highest praise for local rice.
