What is a blessing?

Blessing: Originally it meant standing and living, but later it became the meaning of protection. Also translated as holding and caring. Buddha and bodhisattva protect all beings with incredible power, which is called God's change of blessing.

There are two kinds of three secret blessings:

(1) Self-blessing, that is, one's hands are tied to sudra, one's heart is spoken, and one's mind is samadhi.

(2) The blessing of Aya pear, that is, the initiation teacher introduced Vajrayana to Samadha, Pu Xian with mandala Aya pear, is full of karma. These two blessings can prove Bodhi.

Tantric language. Three secrets' means three secrets of body, mouth and heart. Three secrets blessing' means that the three secrets of Buddha, Bodhisattva and other gods can correspond and bless each other.
