Maoshan Taoist music has a long history. After the prosperity of Sui and Tang Dynasties, it was favored by the imperial court in Song and Yuan Dynasties, with rich literature and history materials. Today's Maoshan Taoist music maintains the charm of Taoist music in the Tang and Song Dynasties and has the characteristics of local music. It absorbed the essence of court music and authentic orthodox music, and combined with Maoshan's own characteristics, formed a unique Taoist music system of Maoshan School, which was very different from Taoist music in other areas of southern Jiangsu. Zuo Fu is also known as Fu Zi, Mo Zuo and Dan Shu in Maoshan Taoism. Zuo Fu is a combination of Zuo Fu and Zuo Fu. Symbol refers to a graphic symbol and figure written on yellow rice paper and silk book, and refers to the secret language of the gods recorded between symbols, which is generally written on yellow rice paper and silk book.
