Danxia landform in Yuntai Mountain

① Danxia Peak Forest: The mountain is relatively independent, with the highest peak at an altitude of 450m-8 18m. Narrow U-shaped or V-shaped valleys are often formed between peaks, and peaks are characterized by "top of slope, steep body and slow feet", which are square hills, stone walls, stone pillars, steep cliffs or relatively smooth cone towers. Such as castles and trenches, which contain thousands of troops and horses ready to go, have a great atmosphere and are full of pride.

② Danxia Gu Feng: It is the result of the further development of Danxia peak forest. The butte is surrounded by relatively flat valleys or low peaks with low peak density, and the peaks are as prominent as almonds. The butte is generally in the shape of stone walls, columns and rock castles.

③ Danxia Peak Forest: It is distributed outside Danxia Peak Forest and Danxia Gu Feng. The mountain is gentle and continuous, the surface is mostly covered with weathered layer, and the vegetation is developed, just like a strong brocade around the park.

④ Danxia micro-landform: mainly distributed in Danxia peak forest and Danxia isolated peak area. The micro-landforms formed by flowing water erosion include: Shizhai, Shi Xiang, Liang Shi, stone trough, karst cave, Zhanggu, narrow valley, stone peak and erosion pattern. The microscopic landforms formed by the collapse are: stone walls, stone castles, stone pillars, boulder collapse caves, Tiansheng Bridge, and isolated peaks. The microscopic landforms formed by weathering and dissolution are: peak caves, frontal caves and flat caves.
