The development of history

1949, 1 July, Fuzhou district was established, which governs Linchuan city and Linchuan, Chongren, Yihuang, Jinxi, Lean, Cheng Nan, Nanfeng, Zixi and Lichuan counties.

On March 27th, 1950, Linchuan City was merged into Linchuan County.

1979, Shangdundu Town was restored in Linchuan County, and Hexi Commune and Zhangshe Commune were established (Gan Gefa [1979No. 146).

On May 3rd, 65438,0984, Hongqiao Town was established, which belongs to Hongqiao Commune (Gan Fu Ting Zi [1984]No. 166).

On May 5, 1994, Luo Zhen Township, Luohu Township, Yunshan Township, Dagang Township and Niqing Township were abolished, and Luozhen Town, Luohu Town, Yunshan Town, dagang town Town and Niqing Town were established (Ganminzi [1994] No.80 reply).

On June 23rd, 2000, the State Council approved the revocation of Fuzhou and Linchuan at county level, and the establishment of Fuzhou and Linchuan at prefecture level, with the people of the whole city stationed in Linchuan.
