Gong Zhen Wei Zheng (580-643) of Zheng Guowen was named Xuancheng. Julu people (now Julu County, Xingtai City, Hebei Province, also known as Jinzhou City, Hebei Province or Guantao City, Hebei Province) were politicians in the Tang Dynasty. He used to be Dr. Jian, Dr. Zuo Guanglu and Zheng Gong. He is famous for his outspoken remonstrance, and he is the most famous remonstrator in the history of China.
The old dragon in Jinghe near Chang 'an and the fortune teller (Yuan Tiangang's uncle Yuan Shouyi) made a bet on when it would rain and how much it would rain. As a result, in order to win the bet, the Jade Emperor sent Wei Zhi to execute the old dragon at three o'clock at noon. The day before, Lao Long asked Tang Taizong to intercede for him, and Tang Taizong readily agreed. The next day, Emperor Taizong announced that Wei Zhi had entered the DPRK and left Wei Zhi to accompany him to play Go. Unexpectedly, at three o'clock at noon, Wei Zhi dozed off and dreamed of beheading the old dragon. Lao Long resented Emperor Taizong's treachery, pestered him, and made trouble in the palace every day, which made the six gods of Emperor Taizong uneasy. Knowing that the emperor was afraid, Wei Zhi sent two generals and Weichi Gong to guard the palace gate. Sure enough, the old dragon dared not come to the front door to make trouble. But a few days later, the old dragon king came to the back door of the palace to get even with Taizong, and Wei Zhi guarded the back door for Taizong with a sword, so that the old dragon king did not dare to make any more trouble. Emperor Taizong noticed their hard work in guarding the door at night, and asked the painter to paint Qin Qiong and Weichi Gong at the main entrance and Wei Zhi at the back door. The result still worked. This trick has also begun to spread among the people. Qin Qiong, Weichi Gong and Wei Zhi have become door gods, and Qin Qiong and Weichi Gong have put them on both sides and one side.
And it was King Jinghe who was killed, not King Xihai.
