Spiritual observers will be invisible during construction, but they cannot attack. Motherships can stealth their own units, but they cannot stealth themselves and other motherships. The invisibility of ghosts has always been continuous. But they can't attack and move when they go underground, and they will be noticed by the enemy. After drilling underground, they can get out of the ground at any time.
