When the Meiji government was established after the death of the shogunate and the capital was moved to Tokyo, in the seventh year of Meiji, Emperor Meiji went to the shrine of Tian Ming to offer sacrifices, which was officially recognized and respected by the royal family.

In the early Meiji period, the new city planning listed Sanshangfan's house as the official residence of the Ministry of Finance, so the old Sanshangfan's house was completely eradicated and converted into a new official residence, and only a little land around the tomb was reserved for the first city gate burial. It was not until the Great Kanto Earthquake happened suddenly in the 12th year of Taisho that Tokyo burned down more than half of the official hall of the Ministry of Finance, and the tomb at the gate head was completely cracked. When the new official hall of the Ministry of Finance was rebuilt, the tomb of the head of the General Gate was also buried, and a new official building was built on it. I didn't expect Showa to rebuild the official hall of the Ministry of Finance in one year, and many strange things happened. First of all, the Minister of Finance, who just moved into the officialdom, died of sudden illness in a few days, and then several bureau-level officials also died suddenly.
