Seven meters long scroll, reading all the ups and downs of the world.

Fuchun Shan Jutu, I feel that no matter what stage I look at it in my life, my feelings are different. So if you ask me how I feel about Fuchun at the moment, I will say that if I think life is useless, I might as well read yellow.

Huang wrote a postscript at the end of the painting. He solved one of my little doubts, that is, what is this painting about? "Seven years later, the servant returned to Fuchun Mountain to live in a useless division, and borrowed a pen from the South Building to write this volume. It took three or four years to read it before I felt that the layout was so comprehensive. Because I stayed in the mountains and traveled abroad, I had time to get my luggage back sooner or later. Those who are useless and worried will know that their success is not easy, ten years before Gengyin Festival. This postscript seems dull, but it hides a lot of key information, and the process of unlocking this information is also the process of my understanding of this painting. There are two names in this postscript, useless teacher and stupid scholar. Their names don't sound like people who joined the WTO. In fact, Huang's life is actually a process of rebirth after joining the WTO. His life is from luck to misfortune to disillusionment and finally rebirth.

Huang was originally not surnamed Huang, but surnamed Lu and named Lu Jian. He was originally a child of the Lu family in Changshu, but when he was about seven years old, his father died, so he adopted Huang Jialai in Changshu as his heir. The Huang family is very rich. The old couple of Huang are very happy to have a child when they are old, so they are happy to say that Huang has been a child for a long time, so they named him Huang.

Huang has great political ambitions since he was a child. His poems, books and paintings are different. Not surprisingly, his life should be an upgraded mode of traditional literati routines. I read a lot of poetry books, gained a reputation, became an official, and made a name for myself. However, life is so ironic. Just as Huang was holding a good mahjong in his hand, he was ready to play Hu cards. Suddenly someone told him that we had switched to fighting landlords.

Huang was in the transition of dynasties, and soon after the establishment of the Yuan Dynasty, the rulers abolished the imperial examination system for selecting officials for a long time. This means that all literati's access to official positions through the imperial examination is blocked. This blow is devastating to all scholars in the world. At that time, Huang still yearned for fame and fortune, so he lined up with a group of talented people in Jiangnan and waited for an opportunity to be an official. It was not until he was 25 years old that he finally got a small official position of "Zhejiang West Official", did some paperwork, and then met his next boss, Zhang Lu. At the age of 43, he also had a good opportunity to work in Beijing because of Zhang Lu. I thought I could finally make great achievements. Unexpectedly, not long after, his boss, Zhang Lu, got into big trouble and was found guilty, and then Huang, who was even more unlucky, went to prison.

Life is disillusioned!

More unfortunately, in the year of his imprisonment, the imperial examinations resumed. I don't know if Huang will sigh in prison: nature makes people! His life is like an illusory dream. He was imprisoned for two years, and Huang got a life. When he was released, he was almost old enough to know his fate. He has accomplished nothing in his life and has a criminal record. When I come out in my late fifties, where will my life go?

When the literati were disheartened about life, it was strange that there was always a voice telling them to go to the mountains and rivers, so Huang cut off the idea of official career, just visible into the mountains and forests, joined Quanzhen Sect, made friends with Zhang Sanfeng, Leng Qian and others in the name of "big idiot", and lived a life of sightseeing, sketching and fortune telling. Whenever the moon is full, he takes a pot of wine and sits on the bridge, enjoying the moon and chanting alone. After drinking the wine, he throws the bottle into the water, making the bridge full of bottles. He released his loneliness in the scenery of jathyapple, and then put this natural scenery that condensed his mood into writing. So I saw the disillusionment of a scholar Huang and the rebirth of a Taoist.

Fuchun Shan Jutu originally painted on six pieces of paper, which were mounted to form a long scroll about 7 meters long. China's scroll painting is a scattered perspective, just like looking at nature from different angles at different times during the whole tour, so I prefer to look far and near, and then stop and go, because no matter from which angle, I will have different feelings. But it is not easy for the creator, because scroll painting needs layout, just like a song, it needs a gentle climax.

The first one is "Yu Shan Tu", an indomitable mountain, like a heavy note, which opened this long masterpiece. It's like the beginning of Beethoven's symphony of destiny, "Dangdang Dangdang!" And like Li Bai's Shu Dao is difficult, oh, but it is very high and dangerous! ! Like the beginning of a masterpiece, it reminds me that the performance has begun. Although the mountain is too high to see the top, compared with the tourist map of Xishan, I feel less depressed. It is like a wise man with a sharp blade, slowly reaching into the distance in the fog of Shan Lan. As the mountain gradually slowed down, I came to the second part of the painting. In the low mound, I saw a few people from Shan Ye, but only there were no fireworks in the house. On the contrary, trees replace the vitality of the picture. The ink is thick and light, and it is clear. Different ink colors show different trees. They stand quietly on the river bank or on the slope. They are very calm. I saw the third paragraph through the waterway. When the brush suddenly turns, the picture becomes denser, the water waves rise, the rhythm is faster, the mound climbs slowly, and the mountain is getting higher and higher. I have no time to rest on the mountain, so I will continue to climb the peak soon. Over a mountain, I thought it was over, but I saw another mountain, another mountain. Until the long mountain drifted away, I saw a fisherman on the boat and a hermit sitting in the pavilion. He watched the ducks swim happily. I asked him: Is there a road ahead? He said: where the cloud rises is the exit of the road. In the fourth paragraph, there are no buildings and no people, only mountains and rivers, only nature. A few small trees, some moss, endless water and sand, and a small bridge connects the fifth paragraph. Shortly after I left, strangely, I saw the same fisherman rowing again. Is this a different fishing boat or the same person seen at different times? This seems to be the mystery of Huang buried in the painting. This piece of water and sand is like the Su Causeway built by Su Dongpo on the West Lake, connecting the last mountain in the painting. The mountain is steep, calm and solemn. When I crossed the mountain, I came to the sixth paragraph, which is also the end of the whole article. The distant mountains are connected with the horizon, and a large gap is like the ellipsis of life, and the lingering sound is endless.

After reading this long scroll, I think yellow has a special meaning in this sparse or dense rhythm. He seems to be describing the four seasons of Fuchun River, from the beginning to the indifference of foggy people in spring, to the prosperity of Tianshan Mountain in summer, to the last splendor in autumn, to the distant mountains in winter. The white sand in the depths of the picture seems to imply all this, and it doesn't end. It starts from scratch again and again.

This is both the four seasons and life. Dynasties rise and fall, things change. Huang's first half of his life was led by this era, and he hardly resisted. And when he walked into the mountains, he found that the world changed like this, just as Su Like Dongpo said in "Ode to the Red Wall": My life is endless, and the Yangtze River is endless. It's always the river that dies. Although the moon is round, there are four seasons in a year, but they are always there, and will not stay because of people's expectations.

Huang painted a long thousand-year-old landscape, painted a bleak life, without rain or shine. Huang's painting was supposed to be given to his younger brother, a useless teacher. Zhuangzi said: useless is useful. From the perspective of fame, Huang's life may be "useless", but from the perspective of life cultivation, his "uselessness" eventually led to his "great use".

In the Ming Dynasty, Li Rihua described Chun Wong in Liu Shu Zhai Zhu. He sat quietly in the barren hills and rocks and deep in the jungle all day, and his attitude was erratic. People don't know what he is going to do. Sometimes he will go to the estuary and watch the torrent rush like a monster's cry, even if the storm is coming, he doesn't care.

Perhaps he realized that the world is Penglai and life is the universe, so he can be fearless in the face of great joy and great sorrow. But it is not easy for us ordinary people to do this. If we can understand his difficulties, then we can understand why Huang said in his last postscript that "ordinary people know the difficulties of their achievements"
