Before the crimson sunset receded, the sky was suddenly covered by a dark cloud, and the darkness enveloped the pale yellow crescent moon and every corner of the city. A flash of lightning with cold light cut through the thick dark clouds, followed by thunder like a mountain soldier. Mixed with lightning and thunder, heavy rain poured down from the dark air like a waterfall, unstoppable, as if to drown the whole city.

The leaves shook with the huge thunder, and they reflected dazzling lightning. The raindrops on the branches, like the blood of trees, awakened the whole sleeping city. In this dark night, the light of the stars is far less bright than the terrible lightning. This stormy night was thus stifled when a new day came.
