Unforgettable is the first time. I took the fall for the whole department that time. At that time, I graduated from college, pure and honest, and everything was under the leadership. Finally, this email was sent to my boss through my mailbox. As a result, the boss was disgusted and wrote in the email: I hope leaders at all levels will manage their subordinates and new employees should pay attention to their words and deeds. I feel very uncomfortable after reading it.

There are two reasons for being sad. First, because of being criticized by the boss. As a newcomer to the company, I am eager to make a difference in the company and have been affirmed by my boss. As a result, I haven't worked for a few days, and I was considered an apple polisher by my boss, leaving such a bad impression. Second, after reading this email, everyone in the department thought they didn't know about it. The idea of writing this email was decided by the leader, and the email was written sentence by sentence. Just because the leader sent it out with my email, I was criticized by my boss and copied to everyone in the department. They didn't say a word of comfort, even the leader didn't mention a word, which made it hard for me to accept at that time, but they didn't show it on the surface and pretended that nothing had happened like everyone else.

After coming home at night, I thought about it all night. Maybe the leader used my email to send it to the boss because he couldn't understand his temper, because it mentioned how the whole department was, so if the boss liked it, it would be good for the whole department. If the boss is unhappy, the email is sent in my name, and the criticism is only myself. I am a young new employee, and my boss is not very good at accounting. This is the safest way. With this idea, I won't walk into a dead end. Just think about how to do it well and prove that you are professional with actions.
