Sun salt VS refined salt
People who choose sun-dried salt because of traditional ideas emphasize that sun-dried salt is pure natural salt, while refined salt is synthetic chemical salt, which is harmful to health. And subjectively, sun-dried salt is a kind of natural salt, which contains many beneficial minerals and is very good for the body, but refined salt is only a chemical substance, sodium chloride, which will cause harm to the body.
