At the beginning of this semester, the school has launched a comprehensive delay service. From March to now, the service has been delayed for two months, and I am very busy every day, and I have a deep experience.

First, there are 48 people in our class, 4 1 of whom participate in the delayed service. Students who have delayed service after class have changed the problem of homework procrastination and improved the quality of homework to a certain extent (individual students who are too slow should be tutored separately).

Second, after two months of implementation, teachers can arrange their time more reasonably, so that students can finish their Chinese and math homework independently, put the finished exercise books or exercise books on the table, patrol and correct them again, mark common problems or mistakes, and explain them in class the next day. In this way, the teacher can find out where the students are wrong and explain more pertinently. It is also very helpful to improve students' ability and grades.

Third, in this mid-term exam, most of the students who participated in the delayed service got excellent grades and their grades improved steadily. In particular, Chinese scores have improved significantly. In last year's final exam, students with more than 90 points rose from 8 points to 15, and those with less than 60 points dropped from 6 points to 3 points. The average score increased by 3 points. It is worth mentioning that, Dong, Liu Yuxin and Zhao were all in the top ten before, and this time they entered the top ten. Sun Yale and Dong Tianyu both made the top 30 before, and this time Sun Yale 92 and Dong Tianyu 87 made the top 20 and 25 respectively. And Li has also improved ten places, and the progress of these students is obvious. Look at their answers carefully and they are much more serious than before.

Some students also took part in the delayed service. They can continue to sit in the top ten, Dong Haoyang is still the first in grade, and Dong Wanning, Huang, have outstanding achievements, which is very worthy of recognition. As long as you pay, you will get something back.

Of course, some students have regressed, but it is not to criticize them. On the contrary, their scores have not changed much, but they have to change their mentality. When others are working hard, you must not take it lightly, otherwise you will stagnate and others will catch up with you.

In short, through the recent delay service, it is just suitable for middle school students to study, and it seems that time is abundant for top students. For underachievers, there are always some homework that can't be finished within the specified time, so they need to go home and do it again. In the next time, we should pay attention to every student, make the delayed service more warm in line with the purpose of serving children, and try our best to give full play to our own waste heat, so as to benefit students and parents and satisfy the society.
