Reporter: You have studied the Book of Changes for many years and established many management theories on the basis of the Book of Changes. Can you tell us how the Book of Changes originated?

Ganquan: China, with a history of 5,000 years of civilization, is a country with an earlier cultural maturity. Politicians and thinkers of past dynasties have left us with a grand way to govern the country. In Cohesive Biography, Confucius said: The ancient king Fu was the king of the world. When he looked up, he observed the phenomenon of the sky; when he looked down, he observed the method of the earth, the culture of all animals, the suitability of the earth, and took all things near and far, which led to rumors. Fu's ancient "gossip" began with observation. After observing heaven, earth, people and things in general, he summed up the results and made them into the ideological symbols of gossip. Starting from the immediate natural phenomena, through observation, synthesis and comparison, the * * * essence of everything is obtained, and then an image number is induced and created to represent this * * * essence. The first sentence of this passage says that gossip is produced by summarizing the nature of all things, so it can "communicate" the virtue of all things ("virtue" is virtue); The latter sentence is characterized by universality, so it can be divided into eight categories according to the actual situation of everything (referring to eight kinds of gossip, such as heaven, earth, thunder, wind, water, fire, mountains and rivers).

Who wrote the Book of Changes? What kind of book is it?

Reporter: You have studied the Book of Changes for many years and established many management theories on the basis of the Book of Changes. Many people think that the Book of Changes is a fortune-telling book and a superstition. what do you think?

Gan Quan: The Book of Changes is a collective work. The style and content of the Book of Changes are not mastered by one person at a time and place. Divination is an important aspect of ancient civilization in China. In Xia and Shang dynasties, there was an important method of communication between ghosts and gods, and divination was one of the ways of communication between ghosts and gods. But divination itself is diverse, such as burning tortoise shells or ox bones, and the method of enlightenment is found in cracked lines. The explanation that the occupier carved what he wanted and lines on the Oracle bones has been passed down to this day. (Oracle Bone Inscriptions) When this divination activity spread to the Zhou culture tradition, it was improved by the Zhou people, and a complete concept and symbol system was established. On the one hand, (Gua Yi Ci) recorded the things occupied at that time and their explanations in words, on the other hand, (Gua Yi Ci) established a new divination rule, (the number of great Yan). Later, Confucius and his disciples annotated Zhouyi, and completed the book Yi Zhuan, which is today's Zhouyi, that is, the compilation style of Jing Zhuan. In short, divination culture is a traditional civilized activity handed down from ancient times in China. Today's Book of Changes is the collective creation of Zhou Wenwang and other early Zhou philosophers, and the circulating part is the collection of thoughts of Confucius and his school during the Spring and Autumn Period and the Warring States Period. Ganquan: Three thousand years ago in Zhou Wenwang, it interpreted the eight diagrams into sixty-four hexagrams and made hexagrams for each one. Since then, the Book of Changes has become a classic. Reporter: Professor Gan, as far as we know, in recent years, you have been advocating the use of China's Book of Changes to build China's management philosophy in business schools of well-known universities such as Tsinghua, Peking University, National People's Congress and Beijing Normal University and many high-level forums for entrepreneurs. At the same time, I heard that on the basis of studying the Book of Changes for many years, you founded holographic management theory and tissue gene theory, which combined Chinese and western management ideas and technologies. However, many people still think that the Book of Changes is superstitious, and even some famous scholars such as Yang Zhenning and He Zuoxiu think that the Book of Changes and the five elements of Yin and Yang are pseudoscience, which is a cultural obstacle to the development of China's nuclear society. Can you talk about your own views?

Gan Quan: I firmly oppose national nihilism. The so-called experts and scholars, each of whom has his own research field, have made impressive achievements. However, there is no scientific basis for them to express their opinions at will without in-depth research, understanding or half-knowledge in this field. Scholars such as Yang Zhenning and He Xiuxiu are great scientists, but I think the above views expressed by them are actually contrary to the scientific spirit, irresponsible and cultural nihilism, and it is impossible to be accepted by the public. You are a physics student. Can you operate on the patient? As a well-known expert, can you explain the birth and collision laws of different galaxies in the universe and other very professional cosmic physics? The Book of Changes is the cultural treasure of China and the crystallization of the wisdom of the Chinese nation. We should seriously study and explore, instead of being suspicious and uncertain about the culture of our motherland. This is the philosophy of foreign slaves. Reporter: Yijing was born 3000 years ago. Judging from Fuxi's gossip, the origin of Yijing has a history of at least seven or eight thousand years, but enterprise management is a modern problem. What is the relationship between them?

Gan Quan: "Man practices the earth, the earth practices the sky, the sky practices the Tao, and the Tao is natural". Yi is the source of China culture, which came into being before Oracle Bone Inscriptions and is a portrayal of our ancestors' experience in astronomy, geography, history and living environment. Taoism, Confucianism and Buddhism are all formed by Yi. Taoism advocates nature, Confucianism advocates ethics, and Buddhism advocates consciousness. "Heaven is healthy, the gentleman strives for self-improvement", "The terrain is vast, and the gentleman carries things with morality". As the saying goes: "from scratch, you can get things done." Reporter: After reading some of your articles, you think that the cultural structure of China determines the unique character of the Chinese nation and the ideological spirit and civilization inheritance of our whole nation. Can you introduce the structural model of China culture?

Ganquan: From Fuxi to the Three Emperors and Five Emperors, and then to the Western Zhou Dynasty and the Eastern Zhou Dynasty, it lasted for thousands of years. Gan Quan: My two basic ideas come from the integration of the Book of Changes and the philosophy of modern management science. The basic theoretical viewpoints are summarized as follows: the DNA of an enterprise organization determines personality characteristics, growth speed, health status, beauty and ugliness, physical quality, development form and so on. The behavior and life cycle of enterprise organizations are influenced by the interaction between organizational genetic DNA and competitive environment.
