Where is the head of Nantong Development Zone?

There is a big back street in Jianghai Street in Nantong Development Zone. Nantong Economic and Technological Development Zone is one of the first batch of 14 national development zones in China, one of the first batch of development zones approved by China Municipal Government, and is rated as one of the top ten development zones with the most investment value in China.
