According to relevant information, Sok Li Development Zone is not owned by Shenyang. As of June 24th, 2022 10, Sok Li Development Zone was originally under the jurisdiction of Shuncheng District of Fushun City, bordering on Shenyang. Originally, it was a Korean township in Sok Li. Mainly Han, Korean and Manchu. Before liberation, it was under the jurisdiction of Dongling District of Shenyang City, and after Fushun County was upgraded to a city, it was designated as the jurisdiction of Fushun City. Therefore, it is not under the jurisdiction of Shenyang.
