Why are some temple owners in Thailand called Azan and others called Longpo?

Azan is a master, a teacher, a person who teaches knowledge, skills, spells, Wu Shu or martial arts. Age can be big or small, not necessarily a monk in a temple. But an older woman can be a parent, because "woman" means father. The older one is called "Longbu". They must be monks.
