Why is Yueyang Airport called Sanhe?

The name doesn't have much other meaning or anything special. Yueyang Sanhe Airport is located in Sanhe Township, Yueyanglou District, Yueyang City, Hunan Province, China, near the junction of Tangxi Town and Kangwang Township, and 17km northwest of Yueyang City Center. It is a 4C-class domestic regional airport.
