To say that a person is bloody includes a strong sense of revenge, or answer blows with blows, right?

Bloody represents two aspects:

1, strong sense of justice

2. Strong execution.

Revenge: a strong insistence on one's own interests

Answer blows with blows: You can't lose money if you eat it, but it's a neutral word, and you can distinguish good from bad according to specific cases.

So these concepts are somewhat similar, but not the same thing at all.

It's like most bad guys are very vindictive and answer blows with blows, but how many bad guys deserve the word "blood"? Can only be called "urine"
