Dawa Village Introduction

Dawa Village is located 2.5 kilometers south of Liu Yang Town, xintai city. Culture is the origin of folk dances "animal portraits" and "single-knife stilts". Traditional folk culture in Liu Yang is rich in variety and content. Since the Qing Dynasty, there have been programs such as dragon lantern dancing, lion dancing, walking on stilts, boating, yangko, portraits of the Eight Immortals, animal portraits and stilts. Among them, the picture of beasts and Qilu on stilts are famous, which are unique to Dawa village, the birthplace.
