What is the reason why Guiyang Maotai Mansion is uninhabited?

The 23-story Maotai Tower near the south gate of Guiyang was built in the early 1990s. When the project was completed and accepted, the wall materials had been unoccupied for 20 years because of excessive radiation and long-term vacancy.

For example, when people encounter difficulties, they often ask God for divination, fortune-telling, drawing lots, measuring words, reading faces and descending to the gods in order to get rid of them.
