The Natural Environment of Xinlitun Town

Xinlitun Town is located in the northern border of Montenegro, 45 kilometers away from the county seat, with Zhangwu in the north and Fuxin in the west. Xinlitun Town has a long history. Xinlitun Town was established in June of 1948 and in June of 1952. 1995 1 1 The former Xinlitun Township was merged into this town. There are 3 communities in the town, 18 administrative villages with a population of about140,000. The area of the jurisdiction is 140 square kilometers, the east-west length is 13 kilometers, and the north-south width is 5.3 kilometers. Geographical conditions are low mountains in the southwest, plain in the middle, fertile soil in the east and low terrain. The railway and highway traffic in the town is very convenient, and the railway passes through Dazheng and Gaoxin. Two expressways, Shenfu and Ku, pass through town. It is the economic center of more than 200,000 people spanning nearly 30 towns in Fuxin, Zhangwu and Xinmin, and also the distribution center of agricultural and sideline products in Fiona Fang Baili.
