Provisions on the appointment, removal and promotion of civil servants (for Trial Implementation)

Civil servants who are promoted to township leadership positions shall meet the following conditions:

(1) Having a college degree or above;

(two) to be promoted to the chief leadership position at the township level, he shall hold the post of deputy township level for more than two years;

Article 20

The promotion of non-leadership positions in comprehensive management must meet the following conditions:

(a) promoted to inspector, should be a bureau deputy leader or deputy inspector for more than five years;

(two) to be promoted to the post of deputy inspector, he shall serve as a county-level chief leader or researcher for more than five years;

(three) to be promoted to the position of researcher, he must serve as a deputy leader or deputy researcher at the county level for more than four years;

(four) promoted to deputy researcher, shall serve as a chief leader or chief clerk at the township level for more than four years;

(five) promoted to the chief clerk, shall serve as a deputy leader or deputy chief clerk at the township level for more than three years;

(six) promoted to deputy director of the clerk, shall serve as a clerk for more than three years;

(seven) promoted to the position of clerk, shall serve as a clerk for more than three years.
