One day in April of 20 17, the victim Zhao had been married for many years and had no children. At the instigation of his mother-in-law, Zhu Moumou, who claimed to be a fortune teller, went to his home to see Feng Shui.

Zhu moumou pretended to look at Zhao's home and then told her that as long as she had sex with someone other than her partner, she could get pregnant. Zhao believes that Zhu took the opportunity to touch the victim's body and charged the victim more than 200 yuan. After Zhu left, he returned to the victim's home about five or six minutes ago, and once again molested the victim. The victim didn't shout for fear of losing face. Afterwards, Zhao, who felt that something was wrong, chose to call the police and Zhu was arrested.

The prosecution believes that the defendant Zhu Moumou used other people's feudal superstitions to molest women, and his behavior has violated the first paragraph of Article 237 of the Criminal Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), which constitutes the crime of compulsory indecency. At present, the case has been transferred to the People's Court of Ganyu District, Lianyungang City.
