Add a company email address in OUTLOOK, such as xxx@cosunet.com.cn?

1. Select menu bar → Tools → Account Settings.

2. Click "New" under the "E-mail" column in the pop-up window.

3. Click Microsoft Exchange, POP3, IMAP or HTTP, and then click Next.

4. Enter the user information and password information in the pop-up window, select the "Manually configure server settings or other server types" check box, and then click "Next". The specific operation steps are as follows:

1) In the "Your name" box, type the name you want others to see;

2) In the Email Address box, type the complete email address assigned by the mail administrator or ISP. Please make sure it contains user name, @ sign and domain name, such as 35test@35.com.

3) In the Password and Retype Password boxes, type the password assigned to you, or type the password you selected for your e-mail account.

Note: Passwords are case sensitive. Make sure the Caps Lock key is not pressed.

4) Select the "Manually configure server settings or other server types" check box.

5) Click Next.

5. Select Internet e-mail, and then select Next.

6. Enter user information, server information and login information in the pop-up window, select "Remember Password" and click "Other Settings". Among them, select "POP3" as the account type (you can also select "IMAP" as required, and the settings are similar), and then click "Next".

note:

1) The content of the server information is: mail+"."+"."+the enterprise domain name of your company. For example, the domain name of Sanwu Internet Company is 35.com, so the server information here is mail.35.com.

2) The email address under the user information should be the same as the user name of the login information, and the content should be the full name of the email address, for example, 35test@35.com as shown in the figure below, instead of 35test.

7. In the pop-up window, select "sending server" from the tab bar above, select "My sending server (SMTP) requires authentication (O)" in the interface, select "Use the same settings as the receiving mail server (U)" in the authentication type below, and then click "OK".

8. At this time, you can click "Test Account Settings" to test whether the set information is valid. You can also click "Next" directly.

9. Click Finish in the pop-up window. At this point, the new email account information has been established, and you can send and receive emails.
