When did two words, generous eye and money, happen?

The generous money of these two words belongs to the Qin Dynasty.

Qin Banliang was the earliest unified currency in China. The currency of the Qin Dynasty was made of copper with a round square hole. Money is generally 2.5-2.77 cm in diameter and weighs 12 baht (China stipulated that 1 was 24 baht in ancient times) and 2.5-3.35 grams. Some have foreign currency, plain face, and the word "half two" is written on their faces.
