Who are the gentlemen and villains in the Book of Changes?

In the Book of Changes, there are mainly three kinds of people, adults, gentlemen and villains. I have to talk about the old Confucius here, because the word "adult" was discarded from Confucius, and Confucius was also very selfish in his studies at that time, because he wanted to push someone he liked and step on someone he didn't like. Those who want to push up are called gentlemen, and those who want to step on them are called villains. Later generations. However, being a teacher on Sunday indiscriminately inherits this principle, that is, strictly demanding yourself and the people around you to be gentlemen, and never learning to be villains, let alone letting your students and children be villains.

Everything looks beautiful, but beautiful mushrooms are often poisonous mushrooms, and so are their ideas and opinions. Confucius' preference and arbitrariness hurt many promising young people, including me. The main consequence is that people who study well and have great knowledge are always working as servants or part-time workers for those who study poorly and have low academic qualifications. Isn't it almost the same for famous entrepreneurs from Han Liu Bang to now?

What is a gentleman? We don't want to listen to the definition of Confucius, and we don't want to take it for granted, but we should check the origin of gentlemen. A gentleman is the son of a king. Ancient kings were basically not restricted by the family planning policy, and they could enjoy more dignity and happiness as human beings, but they fell into another kind of pain, that is, how to arrange their own work and have more children.

After all, the king at that time was better than the father of our contemporary ordinary college students, that is, he assigned every child of his to be the top leader in the city under his jurisdiction. These leaders who come directly from above are called gentlemen by local cadres and people, because they are the children of the king, referred to as gentlemen for short.

Given such a big stall to a hairy child, dad naturally felt uneasy, so he sent several clever family members to the child. These servants who serve gentlemen are called villains, and they also call themselves villains, which we often see in costume TV dramas.

Remember, the villain didn't swear at first. At that time, if ordinary people could go to Wang Fu to be villains, it would be the same as being admitted to civil servants as municipal leading secretaries now. If they can become villains in the Prime Minister's Office, it will be at least seven officials.

Since Mr. Wang is rooted in Hongmiao, his ideal is naturally greater than that of ordinary cadres and the people, that is, to seek the position of king of dad. The specific work of this city is not taken seriously, and it is generally entrusted to young people brought here. But there is only one throne, so most gentlemen have no chance to turn over and be king, but the problem of high spirits has been deeply rooted, and the management of specific affairs is still unwilling to do it by themselves. However, the little people below are tired to death. Finally, the most capable villain discussed it with everyone and simply abolished this arrogant guy and did it himself. In this way, a new Lord came into being, the villain became the master, and the gentleman went to live in the barn despondently.

As for the young people under the gentleman who became the king, naturally they were promoted to the mayor, or became the bosses of state-owned enterprises and important officials of various government agencies, and began to bully other gentlemen who were not promoted. This becomes a habit, and the social relationship between the villain and the gentleman is formed.

Everyone thinks about his own blood, whether after the authentic villain or after the gentleman. As you know, each of us is a gentleman and a villain. Therefore, when we do things, we sometimes show that a gentleman has a great ambition and a superior vision. In some cases, our selfish, spare no effort villain style is often shown. In fact, each of us is a mixture of villains and gentlemen.

Unfortunately, many of us have been poisoned by Confucius' ideology and culture, so we always ask to be an ambitious and aloof gentleman and a Song Xianggong. We are not good at starting from a small person in a down-to-earth manner, and there is no obedience and respect from a small person to a superior. We don't cultivate a "gossip" heart (see Yin and Yang Time and Space Classic for explanation). Although we study well and have high academic qualifications, we may finally give those academic qualifications obediently.

The reason why those who don't study well at ordinary times can become bosses or leaders is very simple, that is, when they were in social universities, they learned to be gentlemen and villains when they were villains. Their hearts are like the Tai Chi diagram of Yin and Yang in the gossip the day after tomorrow, which moves the characteristics of gentlemen and villains in a cycle. You can't tell whether they are villains or gentlemen until they are made.
