I recommend a book called Waiting for Flowers written by Lin Dihuan, the author of Kobayashi comics. The book was bought in the online shop of Kobayashi Comics.

On the cover of Waiting for a Flower, the cartoon reads: "Waiting for a flower requires a lot of patience and a smile."

The opening "Children Dreaming by the Sea" is about Kobayashi himself.

He said:

Although I like painting, few people think it is good. Then that absurd dream is still there. At the end of the sea, I still want to see it.

Kobayashi's cartoons outline a series of comic works of healing department with a few strokes of Chinese painting style. I believe everyone can find their own shadow in Kobayashi's cartoons, which is a comfort to life and leads you to find the fun, meaning and value of life.
