What is the only family that can compete with the Confucius family and has never stopped for two thousand years?
I don't know how many dynasties have changed in China since the Qin Dynasty in 2000, but almost every dynasty was supported by Confucius. 10 generation Sun Kongkun fought side by side with Liu Bang, and made great contributions in the process of Han Xin's ambush to defeat Xiang Yu, and was named Sajima, General and Taishi. Since then, Confucius has become a big family in the Han Dynasty, and what's more, it has ousted hundreds of schools and respected Confucianism alone.
Jin Kongtan, the 26th grandson of Confucius, was once a prince's literature. Later, he was added as a prince, moved to Shang Shulang, served as the prefect of Wu Jun, and later moved to Shangshu. Tang Kong Shurui was the grandson of Confucius for thirty-eight generations and served as the minister of the Ministry of Industry. After the Song Dynasty, Confucius' family was even named the Duke of Feast and later the Great Sage. By this time, the heads of the Confucius family were almost governors, and they were very imposing. The Confucius family continues to this day and is still an influential family.
But as the saying goes, Confucius has a nickname "Kong Laoer", which is not disrespectful to Confucius at first, but has its origin, because "Laozi is the best in the world". Confucius himself felt that Laozi was better than himself. He described Lao Tzu as:
"Bird, I know it can fly; Beast, I know it can walk; Pedestrians can be useless, swimmers can be nylon, and fliers can be arrows. As for the dragon, I didn't know it took the wind and cloud to heaven. I met Lao Tzu today, and he is still evil! "
Although the Kongs are powerful, there is a family that is even stronger than the Kongs. It is a Shi Tian Taoist family founded by the descendants of Sean, one of Laozi's Taoist descendants. "Tao" is the general name of many kinds of knowledge in ancient China. The Yellow Emperor once asked Guang and Zeebe, because there was a "Shi Tian" group in ancient times. They knew everything and often gave ideas.
The status of Shi Tian was specially established by the ancient emperors and recognized by the state. In the Zhou Dynasty, Shi Tian was passed on to Laozi. But at this time, there was a big problem in the Zhou Dynasty. Wang Zichao, the orthodox prince, was forced to flee to Chu, and Lao Tzu began to resist and refused to cooperate with the Zhou Dynasty. He began to look for folk descendants. Although he didn't find a suitable one, he directly or indirectly chose several descendants and later became an all-powerful figure.
Among them, Confucius is a well-known one. He learned from Laozi many times, and Laozi gave him knowledge related to etiquette. He turned this spirit into Confucian spirit. Guan Yinzi, Wen Zi, Guiguzi and Han Feizi all inherited a part of Laozi's Taoism ideologically, and some of them spread to Huang Shigong and Sean, thus achieving the status of Sean's royal teacher (after Qin Shihuang changed to emperor, he was no longer a Tianshi, but a royal teacher).
Because of Huang Shigong's warning, "it is not for those who preach", so Sean did not directly pass on the core Shi Tiandao to future generations. However, Sean collected a large number of ancient books, and his descendants are still very knowledgeable. Zhang Daoling, the descendant of Sean, founded the "Justice Road" by virtue of these family origins, which later became the "Stone Road", and his grandson Zhang Lu also became a strongman behind the separatist regime.
Unlike children of Confucianism, children of Taoism in Shi Tian learn very complicated things. They are proficient in Chinese medicine, divination, arithmetic, and even machinery, physics and military strategy-this is exactly what Zhang Liang did. At the same time, I dabbled in the knowledge of Laozi, Zhuangzi and other factions. Compared with pure Confucian scholars, the descendants of Taoism in Shi Tian have stronger survival ability, especially in troubled times, they often become the leaders of the times.
Let's cite a few famous figures in Taoism, Hua Tuo. Yes, he is a Taoist. Although he is an imperial doctor, medical skill is only one aspect of Taoist knowledge. Tao Hongjing, known as the Prime Minister in the Mountain in history, was not an official, but the emperor often came to him to study medicine, chemistry, smelting, literature, military affairs and fortune telling. Wei Zhi, a Taoist, specializes in saving the world and defending Emperor Taizong. Zu Chongzhi, who calculates pi, is also a Taoist. Liu Bowen, a Taoist, is "the world is divided into three parts, and the world is unified, Liu Bowen".
It can be seen that Tianshidao had a great influence on China, and his followers almost dominated the history of China, so Tianshidao family was respected by later generations. Although Cao Cao defeated Zhang Lu, he still gave him the rank. He didn't know whether there were any followers of Taoism in Shi Tian among his advisers or cronies, which really worried Zhang Lu. Maybe he will end up like Sun Ce.
The Tang Dynasty and the Song Dynasty are another prosperous time for the unification of China after the Eastern Han Dynasty. The royal families in the two dynasties highly respected the Tianshidao family, on the one hand, because it was powerful, and on the other hand, because the descendants of Tianshidao were often "versatile" and did everything they could to cure diseases and divination. Zhang Zhengsui, the 24th generation Shi Tian, was summoned by the emperor when he was in Song Zhenzong, and was named "Sir". From then until the thirty-fifth generation of Shi Tian, the Song Dynasty gave him a very formal recognition and title.
The Yuan Dynasty wiped out the Song Dynasty in the Central Plains. On the one hand, it strongly supported Buddhism and suppressed Taoism, and even the Taoist classics and the China cultural encyclopedia "The Collection of Orthodox Taoism" were burned, but on the other hand, it had to win over Taoism in Shi Tian. 1325, Kublai Khan named the 39th Shi Tian as "the founder of Yiyuan Chongde Zhengyi", in charge of Taoist affairs in China. The emperors of the Ming Dynasty were very close to Taoism. Emperor Jiajing and other emperors personally studied Taoism and learned tactics from it in order to live forever.
Today, Zhang Jintao, the 65th Shi Tian, is still conveying the theory of "learning from heaven" and "saving the world and saving the people". There are also many Taoist Chinese medicine practitioners who help China people solve problems. As the "Shi Tian" inheritance of Taoism in Shi Tian is proved by strict pedigree and keepsake, Shi Tian is still made by the descendants of Zhang Daoling, which shows the strength of Shi Tian family.
In contrast, the Kong family, which can only read and write articles, may be slightly inferior to the Shi Tian family, which has everything in reading, writing, divination, medicine and military affairs.
