Everyone is afraid of his beating with Pang Hu. Doraemon has many powerful props, so why should he be afraid of Pang Hu? I think there are several reasons:

First, Pang Hu's aura is too strong. In the animation, whenever Pang Hu is angry, he will always hit someone with a ferocious face. Fuxiao and Nobita are often defeated, so he naturally knows Pang Hu's strength. When Pang Hu wanted to dream Doraemon, Doraemon was afraid when she saw Pang Hu angry, and there was basically no room for resistance. There will be resistance in some stories, but Pang Hu will also aim at Doraemon's weakness of being afraid of mice and make Doraemon helpless.

The second is the defects of Doraemon, the robot itself. In terms of setting, Doraemon often takes the wrong props when it leaves the factory. In many stories, Doraemon often gets the wrong props because of excitement or panic, and can't get the desired props. It is conceivable that when Pang Hu wants to hit someone, Doraemon's resistance will eventually be beaten to pieces, not to mention her short legs, and she can't run away if she wants to (and sometimes she can run away).
