The Relationship between Miluo and Yueyang

Guluo belongs to Yueyang area. According to Baidu map, Guluo belongs to Yueyang area. Although Guluo is called a city, it is actually a county, generally called a county-level city. Its superior is Yueyang City, and it has jurisdiction over Yueyang City. Miluo, referred to as Luocheng for short, belongs to Yueyang City and is located in the northeast of Hunan Province, close to the east bank of Dongting Lake and downstream of Miluo River.
