Brief introduction of Xu

Blood type: type B.

Occupation: writer, screenwriter, painter, paper carving artist.

Main achievements: won the first national Lu Xun literature prize and the first national women's literature prize; Known by literary circles as "Wen Yao", "Witch" and "Fairy Falling into the mortal world".

Xu Xiaobin, a famous writer, is a national first-class screenwriter. The representative writer of women's literature in China.

He was born in Beijing and originally from the south. He studied painting since childhood and went to the countryside. 1978 was admitted to the Central Institute of Finance and Economics, and 1992 was transferred to China TV Production Center of CCTV. His novels were published on 198 1, and his representative works include Feather Snake, Pisces, Dream of Dunhuang, Investigation of a Psychotic, etc. Feather Snake has been written by Simon &; Schuster bought it out and translated it into English for global distribution, becoming the only China work listed in the international plan by top western publishing houses. Some of his works have been translated into English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Spanish, Portuguese, Korean, Norwegian, Brazilian, Greek and other languages and distributed overseas.

He joined the Chinese Writers Association in the 1980s and the Chinese Film Association in the 1990s. Joined China Television Artists Association after 2000. At present, he is a director of Beijing Writers Association, a special expert at the headquarters of Confucius Institute, and a member of NLD Central Cultural Committee.
