What is a hand?

Because the output is small and the mold opening is very complicated and difficult, the price is generally very expensive. Because of the characteristics of resin material, it is very suitable for expressing very detailed details and people. Hand-made white molds are mostly semi-finished products provided by factories, which require a series of complicated processes such as polishing, assembly and coloring, and the difficulty is far greater than that of general model making. Just from the point of view of coloring, you need some artistic skills and expensive painting tools such as pens and air pumps. So it is not easy for ordinary people to try. Because the hand-made processing process is all manual, the price of hand-made finished products is also relatively high.

Several important features of manual operation:

1. Hand-made molds are not mass-produced. Generally, a set of manual molds can only produce about 20-25 products. If you need to copy, you should reopen the mold.

2. Handmade raw materials, which is also the most important factor to distinguish whether it is handmade. Most of the hand-made raw materials use high-grade p.u foam-free resin, and the best is Japanese casting resin (more than 300 yuan per kilogram transparent is more expensive, hehe). The white mold made by hand with this raw material feels very good and there are few bubbles in the product. The color of white mold will not be yellow and dark, nor will it be too bright. Very smooth (unlike pvc's smooth plastic). It feels like jade or ivory, and it feels good in your hand, not as light as pvc or plastic. It won't give off an unpleasant smell when polishing. Handmade model nets are sold by hand.

3, hand-made expressive force is very strong, such as subtle facial expressions, wrinkles in stockings and so on. ...

4. Because the processing of finished products requires a lot of manpower, hand-made products are generally not finished products. Even if finished products are sold, they will cost more in price and time!

5. Models/dolls made of other plastic materials (PVC PS ABS ABC) cannot be called handmade.
