Formula of flour paste

The formula of batter is sesame oil, soy sauce, salt, sesame paste and so on.

Rinse the cooked alkaline noodles with cold water until cool, then rinse with a little drinkable water, filter the water clean, then put it in a bowl and stir it with proper amount of sesame oil to prevent it from sticking to the pot. If the amount of noodles is about half a catty, that is, 250 grams, add sesame oil, soy sauce, aged vinegar and a spoonful of roasted cold noodles sauce. If not, soy sauce can also replace them, that is, the sweet and salty kind.
