Fortune Telling Collection - Zodiac Guide - Is the constellation a star or a planet? What about Polaris and the Big Dipper?

Is the constellation a star or a planet? What about Polaris and the Big Dipper?

All the members of the constellation are stars.

You might as well think about it. From the earth's point of view, planets will wander around the zodiac. How can they form a constellation with relatively fixed shape?

Polaris is a star (high-resolution observation shows that it is composed of three very close stars, that is, the Trinity Star). The Chinese name is Gou Chenyi, and Bayer's name is Ursa minor.

The Big Dipper is a part of Ursa major. With the naked eye, it consists of seven stars, namely Shu Tian, Tian Xuan, Tianji, Tianquan, Yuheng, Kaiyang and Yaoguang. Through high-resolution observation, many more subtle gravitational structures can be found.
