Speaking of fruits, I can't help being happy, because I like eating fruits very much since I was a child, such as watermelons, peaches, grapes and apples. Sometimes I don't eat much, but I eat a lot of fruit every day. My parents always say that I am a beautiful daughter who grew up eating fruit.

Among my favorite fruits, strawberry is my favorite, because it not only ripens early, but also ranks first among all melons and fruits, and it is fresh and delicious, with less sour taste, light sweetness, sweet and sour taste and no harm to the stomach.

In order to understand how strawberries grow, I also looked up a lot of information about strawberries on the Internet, from which I learned that strawberries belong to Rosaceae perennial herbs, also known as cranberries, which are native to South America. There are many varieties of strawberries, including more than 2000 varieties. Strawberries like warm weather and are not cold-tolerant. Strawberries are planted in Hebei, Shandong and many southern provinces and cities in China.

The fruit of strawberry is spherical or oval. Mature fruit is red with uneven surface and many small seeds. When I was a child, I thought a lot of sesame seeds stuck to it. Strawberry fruit is bright red, tender, soft and juicy, sweet and sour, and rich in vitamin C. Besides, it also contains carotene, multivitamins, glucose, protein, fat, iron, calcium and phosphorus, so some people call strawberry a "beauty fruit". Pick one up and chew it gently in your mouth. Pink juice has a sweet and sour feeling in your mouth, and the pulp is fresh and tender.

Whenever my parents buy strawberries, as long as I have time, I will personally pick the green leaves under the strawberries. If the leaves are bright green, then the strawberries must be fresh. I really hope to have the opportunity to go to the place where strawberries are planted and see how long strawberries are.

I also have many ways to eat strawberries, some of which were told by my parents and some of which were invented by myself. For example, I wash strawberries, cut them into four pieces with a knife, put them on a plate, and sprinkle some sugar on them, so that they won't feel sour even if they are not ripe. You can also put cut strawberries, cut cucumbers and tomatoes together, add salad dressing and mix well to make a delicious fruit salad.

In a word, strawberry is one of my favorite fruits. Although I have written so much, it seems that there are still some unfinished things.
