When I finished reading this passage, it happened that I was still suffering from the energy of Mars and Khyron. When I was reading that passage, I was still distracted by another couple's show of love, and my heart was very uncomfortable. That discomfort is like something rotting in the middle of my heart and lungs.

And when I try to adjust my mind to "for all beings", my mind will be broadened. And the rotten place suddenly became better, and the previous feeling was filled by a light thing.

I feel very comfortable. I finally understand the meaning of "for all beings is for myself". This is a personal identification card. I can't forget this experience.

It shows that this method is effective for me and I want to tell more people. About this book, about the spectrum of consciousness (although I haven't finished reading it), about zero limit, about writing, about the experience of various lines in the human figure, about creating an environment for me to experience that identity card, about Zhuangzi, about yoga.
